Due to the instant, downloadable nature of our digital products, all sales are final. Because digital files cannot be physically returned or animation/code access revoked, we do not offer refunds, cancellations, or exchanges once a purchase has been completed.
By purchasing a digital download from our store, you acknowledge and agree to this no-refund policy.
Exceptions & Technical Issues
While we maintain a strict no-refund policy, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. We will happily work with you to resolve issues under the following specific circumstances:
Custom Design Fees: Any fees paid for custom upgrades (such as personalized color matching, school mascot additions, or grade-level adjustments) are non-refundable once the custom design work has commenced.
Corrupted or Defective Files: If the file you download is damaged, unopenable, or corrupted due to a technical error on our end, please notify us immediately. We will verify the issue and promptly email you a corrected, working version of the file.
Duplicate Purchases: If you accidentally purchase the exact same digital asset twice in the same transaction or within a 24-hour period, please contact us with your receipt numbers. We will gladly issue a refund for the duplicate charge.
What We Cannot Refund For
We cannot issue refunds or replacements for issues outside of our control, including:
Lack of the software required to open standard file formats (such as PNG or PDF).
A change of mind after downloading the asset.
Purchasing the incorrect grade level or item by mistake (unless a custom adjustment is arranged).
Dissatisfaction with the final printed color variations caused by individual printer settings, paper quality, or monitor calibration.
